500W Pulse Laser Cleaning Gun
Our 500w laser cleaning gun adopts a built-in database system; it can save and edit 100 sets of process data.
The process data include parameters like laser power, frequency, pulse duration, cleaning speed, and beam focus, which can tailored to suit different materials (e.g., metal, plastic) or contaminants，such as metal, wood, rust, paint, etc.
For various cleaning tasks, saved process data allows for a quick transition between different jobs without needing to reconfigure the system. For instance, one set of process data can be optimized for laser rust removal, while another can be specifically designed for gentle paint cleaning.
Our laser cleaning head adopts the design of sealing dust prevention for the external optical path and blowing air curtain at the front end of the field lens.
That effectively prevents dust and impurities generated during the cleaning process from entering the laser cleaning head, reduces equipment downtime caused by impurity interference, and thus achieves continuous and efficient cleaning.
Laser Distance Sensor
The HANTENCNC’s 500W pulse laser cleaning gun features a built-in laser distance sensor. The sensor detects the distance between the laser gun and the workpiece automatically.
When no object is detected in front of the cleaning head, the sensor displays “999”, and the laser will not emit even if the trigger button is pressed, preventing accidental activation and enhancing safety.
Focal Distance Display
HANTENCNC’s 500W laser cleaning gun equips a digital focal distance display. The focal distance display shows the real-time distance from the laser head to the focal point.
After you place an order, our technicians will measure and provide you with the recommended focal distance before delivery. Once the machine arrives, the focal distance display shows real-time distance via the built-in sensor, helping you find the focus quickly and boost cleaning efficiency.
Emergency Stop button
HANTENCNC’s 500W laser cleaning gun equips an emergency stop button, which is a safety lock that stops the machine instantly in an emergency to protect people and equipment.
When pressed, it immediately cuts power, forcibly terminating laser output and all operations.
Laser Cleaning Machine Offers 9 Scanning Modes
This handheld laser cleaning machine offers 9 scanning modes to meet various types of cleaning tasks. Each scanning mode has its unique features and is suitable for different cleaning requirements.
These scanning modes include straight line mode, rectangular mode 1, rectangular mode 2, circular mode, sinusoidal mode, spiral mode, free mode, ring mode, and rotation mode.
Some scanning modes are gentle and suitable for materials that require a smooth surface with minimal residue after cleaning. Others are more powerful, suitable for removing tough dirt or coatings.
You can select the scanning mode by clicking on the “Scanning Mode” option on the interface.
