Wireless Control Screen for Wrist

The wireless laser cleaning control screen can be strapped to the wrist, providing remote operation, enhanced safety and convenience.

You can remotely control the equipment through the control screen on the wrist, view and adjust cleaning parameters, and switch cleaning modes.

It is particularly useful for outdoor cleaning tasks or cleaning tasks that frequently require setting adjustments.

Fixed Control Screen

The fixed control screen is installed on the laser cleaning machine and provides the same functions as the wireless control screen for the wrist.

You can directly control the laser rust removal machine through the fixed control screen, view and adjust cleaning parameters, and quickly switch cleaning modes.

0.75 kg Laser Cleaning Gun

HANTENCNC’s 300W cleaning gun is compact and portable, weighing less than 0.75 kg.

Its dustproof seal design effectively prevents dust and other pollutants generated during the cleaning process from entering the optical path or the cleaning gun, thereby providing protection.

The dust-blowing air curtain design at the front end of the F-theta lens prevents dust or oil in the air from contaminating the F-theta lens.

Our 300w laser cleaning gun adopts a built-in database system; it can save and edit 100 sets of process data.

The process data include parameters like laser power, frequency, pulse duration, cleaning speed, and beam focus, which can tailored to suit different materials (e.g., metal, plastic) or contaminants，such as metal, wood, rust, paint, etc.

For various cleaning tasks, saved process data allows for a quick transition between different jobs without needing to reconfigure the system. For instance, one set of process data can be optimized for laser rust removal, while another can be specifically designed for gentle paint cleaning.

Alarm Records for Troubleshooting

HANTENCNC’s laser cleaning system stores alarm records. Users can check historical alarm data at any time.

• Distance alarm – triggers when the laser distance sensor detects the head is too close or too far from the workpiece.

• Chiller alarm – high temperature, low flow, compressor not starting, etc.

• X-axis / Y-axis motor alarm – these two alarm types help HANTENCNC support technicians determine whether the issue is with the motor or the control system, speeding up fault resolution.

Power-on Time Tracking and Reset for Rental Use

The device automatically tracks and displays total power-on time.
This is designed for customers who rent out laser cleaning machines, often charging by the hour or day.
The power-on time serves as a billing reference.

Before renting the machine to the next customer, the user can enter a password to reset the timer to zero.
This makes it easy to track usage for different renters.

Distance Sensor and Focus Display

HANTENCNC’s laser cleaning head includes a built-in laser distance sensor. It constantly measures the distance to the workpiece.
If the distance is too close or too far, the screen shows “8888”. This indicates the distance is invalid for laser firing.
In this state, the laser will not emit — even if the trigger is pulled.
This prevents accidental firing when the head is not at the correct working distance.
The screen also displays the real-time distance to the focal point within the valid range, helping the operator quickly find the correct position.

Screen lock – No More Accidental taps

Tapping the lock icon on the screen darkens and locks the display.
No operations are possible while locked.
This prevents accidental parameter changes or machine operation caused by unintended screen contact during work.

Automatic Laser Shut-off Timer

When the laser fires continuously for a set time (e.g., 30 seconds), the system automatically cuts the laser output.
This happens even if the trigger is still pressed.
This reduces equipment wear and safety risks from prolonged continuous output.

Our laser cleaning head features a dust-sealing design for the external optical path and a ring air nozzle that creates an air curtain at the front end of the field lens.

That effectively prevents dust and impurities generated during the cleaning process from entering the laser cleaning head, reduces equipment downtime caused by impurity interference, and thus enables continuous, efficient cleaning.

Emergency Stop button

HANTENCNC’s 300W laser cleaning gun equips an emergency stop button, which is a safety lock that stops the machine instantly in an emergency to protect people and equipment.

When pressed, it immediately cuts power, forcibly terminating laser output and all operations.
