Magnetic Wall-Climbing Laser Cleaning System
This laser cleaning machine pairs a HANTENCNC 500W or 1000W pulsed laser cleaner with a magnetic climbing platform—designed for safe, efficient cleaning on vertical or curved metal surfaces.
The core cleaning power comes from the laser unit, while the magnetic platform provides stable adhesion and smooth movement using permanent magnets. Connected by a 10-meter fiber cable, the system reaches heights of 8–9 meters, enabling high-altitude cleaning without the need for manual climbing. The platform is IP54 rated, travels at up to 0.5 m/s, and can be remotely controlled from up to 100 meters away.
It is ideal for demanding environments such as shipyards, storage tanks, bridges, offshore installations, and other heavy industrial applications.
