SEAGULL2™ Laser Rust Cleaning Machines Features
Engineered for Mobility & Durability
Our SEAGULL2™ features a luggage-type design, a 30° tilted screen, a rotating handle, four dual-swivel wheels, a control screen on the cleaner’s head, and a 0.5kg laser cleaning gun.
These features make it highly suitable for mobile work in a variety of environments, such as workshops and construction sites, where flexibility and movement are essential.
It is also well-suited for transportation in vehicles, offering durability and stability even during bumpy rides, ensuring safe and secure transit to any worksite.
Enhanced Mobility and Safety Features
SEAGULL2™ has been upgraded with two sets of wheels equipped with brakes. These wheels can rotate in any direction, making the laser rust cleaning machine easy to move and position flexibly and precisely for cleaning.
The wheels with brakes make the wheels stay firmly and safely, ensuring safety and stability during operation.
Non-Damaging Cleaning
Pulse lasers release high energy in a very short time, quickly removing target substances such as rust and paint.
Due to the small heat accumulation, our pulse laser cleaning machine SEAGULL2™ can avoid thermal deformation and changes in materials, and does not damage the substrate.
SEAGULL2™ is ideal for precise cleaning of material surfaces, such as metal and wood.
Enhanced User Experience with SEAGULL2™
Laser rust cleaning machine SEAGULL2™ features a screen relocated to the front of the cabinet with a 30° tilt design, enhancing user experience, which better fits users’ habits.

Emergency Stop button
HANTENCNC’s laser cleaning gun is equipped with an emergency stop button, which is a safety lock that stops the machine instantly in an emergency to protect people and equipment.
When pressed, it immediately cuts power, forcibly terminating laser output and all operations.
Alarm Records for Troubleshooting
HANTENCNC’s laser cleaning system stores alarm records. Users can check historical alarm data at any time.
-
Distance alarm – triggers when the laser distance sensor detects the head is too close or too far from the workpiece.
-
Temperature alarm – high temperature, low flow, compressor not starting, etc.
-
X-axis / Y-axis motor alarm – these two alarm types help HANTENCNC support technicians determine whether the issue is with the motor or the control system, speeding up fault resolution.
Power-on Time Tracking and Reset for Rental Use
The device automatically tracks and displays total power-on time.
This is designed for customers who rent out laser cleaning machines, often charging by the hour or day.
The power-on time serves as a billing reference.
Before renting the machine to the next customer, the user can enter a password to reset the timer to zero.
This makes it easy to track usage for different renters.
SEAGULL2™ Offers 13 Scanning Modes
SEAGULL2™ offers 13 scanning modes for precise cleaning purpose. These include Straight Line Mode, Rectangular Mode 1, Rectangular Mode 2, Circular Mode, Sinusoidal Mode, Spiral Mode, Free Mode, Ring Mode, and Rotation Mode.
You can select a scanning mode by clicking on the “Scanning Mode” option on the interface. Each mode has its own unique features and is suitable for different cleaning requirements.
Some cleaning modes are gentler and are best suited for materials that require a higher surface finish with minimal traces left behind after cleaning. Other cleaning modes are more powerful and are ideal for removing stubborn dirt or coatings.
By choosing the right cleaning mode, you can ensure minimal traces and enhance the product’s appearance and quality. This is especially crucial in industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, and more.

SEAGULL2™ vs Other Brands in Design & Build Quality
While many entry-level laser cleaning machines focus mainly on basic specifications, SEAGULL2™ is designed with greater attention to structural details and component quality.
Wider dual swivel wheels improve stability during movement and reduce the risk of surface damage. The aluminum locking cable clamp helps prevent cable loosening and internal wear over time. Industrial-grade aviation connectors ensure secure, reliable connections in daily operation. Together, these design choices contribute to safer use, improved durability, and more consistent long-term performance compared with standard market designs.
Standard Accessories Included with SEAGULL2™
The accessories included with the SEAGULL2™ pulsed laser cleaning machine are listed here. Actual configuration may vary depending on application requirements and order specifications.
Note: Standard accessories may be adjusted based on different markets, safety regulations, customer requirements, or HANTENCNC policy updates. Please confirm the final configuration with our sales team before ordering.
Optional Accessories for SEAGULL2™
The following accessories are optional accessories and are not included in the standard accessories package. Please select according to your needs.
Air Compressor + Oil-Water Separator
First, the air compressor produces compressed air, which then passes through the oil-water separator, which removes moisture and oil, producing dry, oil-free air. Finally, the clean, dry air is delivered to the laser cleaning gun and blown across the protective lens to keep it free of dust, moisture, oil, and debris, helping the protective lens last longer.
Smoke Purifier
The smoke purifier removes dust and fumes from the air. Keeps your workspace healthier and your laser beam clear.
Protective Kit
Protective kit includes an apron, gloves, and shoe covers. It protects the operator from scattered laser light and spatter.
Tool Kit
The tool kit is a basic tool for daily maintenance, protective lens replacement, and electrical troubleshooting.
For high power, heavy dust, or continuous use, HANTENCNC recommends using both the air compressor and the oil-water separator. Fewer protective lens damages. Less downtime. Less hassle.
