The QCW laser is ideal for welding heat-sensitive and easily deformable materials, such as 0.1–0.2mm thin iron plates. The QCW laser provides fine laser spots for high-precision welding without deformation.

This arm-type laser welding machine is equipped with a high-resolution microscope and beam spot adjuster for precise weld targeting and real-time quality inspection.

Manual 360° rotation + directional adjustment (90° up/down, 360° left/right) for seamless access to complex mold geometries.
Mechanical tilt function allows for multi-angle welding in confined or hard-to-reach areas
